Wednesday, April 13, Kraft Avenue parking lot: It was reported that in the Kraft Avenue parking lot a 2015 Acura was entered overnight and $20 in quarters was stolen. The rear passenger window was broken to gain entry.
Thursday, April 14, 5:25 pm, White Plains Road: There was a motor vehicle accident between two vehicles. There were no injuries. An information exchange was prepared.
Friday April 15, 1:42 am, Greenfield Road: Police Officer Michael Lewis reported that he had observed an open garage door while performing a routine patrol. The homeowner was contacted and then confirmed that is was an oversight.
Friday, April 15, 9:02 pm, Pondfield Road: Police Officer Baldwin Firpo charged a 36-year-old Mount Vernon man with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the 2nd degree after he had been stopped for failing to yield to a pedestrian, which he was also cited for. The 2003 Mitsubishi Outlander was impounded and he was released on $250 bail pending his next court appearance.
Saturday, April 16, 2:15 pm: A resident of Eastbourne in Alger Court reported that personal information had been used to complete an online credit application. The incident is being investigated.
Monday, April 18, 9:29 am, Tanglewylde Avenue: It was reported that a candelabra valued at $3,500 had been stolen from a residence on Tanglewylde Avenue.
