Barbara Robinson Wins Senior Citizens Council Raffle for Free Parking for One Year in Village
Jun. 11, 2014: This year, the lucky winner of the annual Senior Citizens Council parking raffle happens to be a member of one of the organizations the parking raffle proceeds support!
Barbara Robinson is thrilled to be the winner. She is a member of the Bronxville Senior Citizens (BSC) and figured she would do her part to support the organization that provides so much socialization and so many healthy additions to her lifestyle.
Barbara also was one of the seventeen BSC members who volunteered to sell raffle tickets during May.
The raffle is possible because of the generosity of the Village of Bronxville in allowing the winner to park for free at any meter in town for a full year.
Also to be thanked are Citibank, Houlihan Lawrence, Studio One, and Topps Wine & Liquor for providing covered space for our volunteers to sell the tickets and also store the tables and chairs.
