Jeannette Quencer Annunziato Passed Away on February 22, 2024

Feb. 26, 2024: On Thursday, February 22, 2024, Jeannette Quencer Annunziato passed away at the age of 94.
 
Jeannette was born on August 26, 1929 in Yonkers, NY to Kenneth and Jeannette [Clark] Quencer. She attended Sweet Briar College in Virginia, and the Katharine Gibbs secretarial school. She worked for many years as a secretary at The Reformed Church of Bronxville. Later, she was a typesetter at The Bronxville Printery.
 
Jeannette married Emil Roger "Bud" Annunziato in 1955, and they enjoyed 63 years together until his death in 2019. They lived in Bronxville, NY until 1984, then moved to Arizona. Over the last 30 years they took many trips/cruises and traveled to every continent, including Antarctica. 
 
Jeannette enjoyed golf, bowling, bridge, and playing the piano, and in later years crossword and jigsaw puzzles.
 
Jeannette is survived by her daughters Gail Anthony and Cathy Annunziato, and three grandchildren, Paige Annunziato (Blaine Thiederman), Juliana Anthony, Jonathan Anthony, and cousin Tim Turcotte. Her favorite companions in the last years were rescue dogs, most recently Buddy the chihuahua.
