Tuesday, August 2, 6:08 pm, Meadow Avenue: A resident returned to find the passenger window of his 2012 VW broken overnight. No items were missing from the vehicle.
Friday, August 5, 3:36 pm, Sagamore Road: A resident reported that fraudulent purchases had been made using her credit card in Virginia to buy two Apple iPhones, one Apple iPad, and one Apple keyboard totaling $2,442.93.
Sunday, August 7, at 6:40 pm, Kensington Road: A resident reported that her 2012 Jeep Wrangler had been scratched overnight. An obscenity was etched into the door. The incident is being investigated.
Monday, August 8, at 4:09 pm, Pondfield Road: A woman reported that an elderly man spoke to and gave a baseball card to her 11-year-old son while she was inside the grocery store. No crime was committed.
Tuesday, August 9, at 4:06 pm, Park Place: There was a motor vehicle accident between two cars. No injuries were reported. An information exchange was completed by officers.
Wednesday, August 10, at 4:38 pm, Pondfield Road: Sergeant Bart Sandarciero charged a 26-year-old man of Yonkers with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the 3rd degree after he was stopped for an illegal U-turn. He was issued an appearance ticket for the traffic violation and released pending his next court appearance. The 2009 Toyota he was operating was impounded.
Friday, August 12, at 10:46 am, White Plains Road: Police assisted in resolving a verbal traffic dispute between two Bronxville residents. No crime was committed.
Friday, August 12, at 9:35 pm, Pondfield Road: The glass door of the Bronxville Soccer and Rugby store was broken. The incident is being investigated. The business was not entered.
