Bronxville Library Events at End of Summer for Children and Teens, August 17-22

Aug 17, 2016: Summer may be coming to a close, but the Bronxville Public Library continues to offer interesting programs.
Olympic Fitness Quest for children ages 5 and up, Wednesday, August 17, 3:00 pm: Get active, learn healthy choices, and build your research skills as you use a set of clues to hunt in the stacks of the Children's Department for a mysterious secret formula to fitness and health. Registration required.
Windmill Construction for children ages 8 and up, Thursday, August 18, 3:30 pm: Design your own windmill and experiment with what you can do with it. Design your own blades by using cardboard and balsa wood--change the size and number of blades and see what works best. Registration required.
Teen Film Series 'Righteous Films': The teen summer program Righteous Films, screenings of teen-appropriate films, continues on Monday, August 22, with a screening of Gremlins at 3:00 pm.
