Saturday, April 15, 11:18 am: A necklace found in the Avalon lot was given to the desk officer by a Good Samaritan. The owner has not yet been located.
Tuesday, April 18, 11:30 am: Officers responded to a verbal domestic dispute. A domestic incident report was prepared. No crime was committed.
Tuesday, April 18, 5:02 pm: There was a motor vehicle accident on Wood End Lane. No injuries were reported. Information was exchanged.
Wednesday, April 19, 5:00 pm: A 49-year-old woman from Yonkers was charged with Assault in the Third Degree and Criminal Mischief in the Fourth Degree (both class A misdemeanors). The charges stem from a physical altercation between this woman and another woman outside an establishment on Palmer Avenue on April 13 at 11:46 pm. The woman was processed and arraigned before Judge George Mayor and released on her own recognizance pending her next court appearance.
Wednesday, April 19, 6:27 pm: A 32-year-old man from the Bronx was charged with Bail Jumping in the Third Degree (unclassified misdemeanor) for failing to appear for a Bronxville Justice Court appearance. The man was processed and arraigned before Judge George McKinnis and released on his own recognizance pending his next court appearance.
Thursday, April 20, 11:48 am: A homeowner on Beverly Road reported that the front license plate was stolen off of her 2013 BMW X3 sometime over the weekend. The incident is being investigated.
Friday, April 21, 9:10 am: A 20-year-old man from the Bronx was arrested at his residence by detectives. A bench warrant had been issued for his arrest after he failed to appear for a scheduled Bronxville court appearance. The man was processed and arraigned by Judge George Mayer, who ordered him remanded in lieu of $5,000 bail.
Friday, April 21, 12:38 pm: On Sagamore Road, a pedestrian pushing a baby carriage reported that she was approached by an unknown male who made disparaging and threatening remarks to her. The incident is being investigated.
