Oct. 28, 2026 – The Bronxville School Foundation is pleased to announce the launch of its annual fall fundraising campaign, along with the appointment of eight new board members, a new Executive Director, a new Finance Administrator, and a new slate of officers for the 2026 2027 school year.

Since its founding, the Bronxville School Foundation has awarded more than $14.3 million in grants to the Bronxville School, helping to enrich the educational experience for students across the district. These grants have supported innovative curriculum initiatives, advancements in technology, professional development for faculty, facility improvements, and specialized classroom resources and equipment. During the past year alone, the Foundation awarded $564,571 in grants to support programs and initiatives that benefit the entire school community.

Working closely with district leadership, the Foundation identifies opportunities to enhance educational programs and address important needs that extend beyond the school's operating budget. The annual fall fundraising campaign plays a vital role in making these investments possible.

Through the generosity of Bronxville School families, alumni, community members, and corporate matching gift programs, the Foundation is able to provide resources that help turn ambitious ideas into meaningful opportunities for students and educators. These contributions help bridge the gap between what the school budget can provide and the exceptional educational experience the Bronxville community strives to deliver.

This year, the Foundation is setting an ambitious goal of 100% participation from Bronxville School families in its fall fundraising campaign. Every contribution, regardless of size, makes a difference and demonstrates a shared commitment to educational excellence. The Bronxville School Foundation invites all members of the community to join in supporting its mission. The Foundation is delighted to welcome our newest board members, our new Executive Director, Nancy Marshall and our new Finance Administrator, Maria Costanzo. “We are delighted to welcome such a dedicated and accomplished group of individuals to the

Mike Brady

Mike and his wife, Teresa, moved to Bronxville in 2014 and have two sons in The Bronxville School. MJ is a sophomore at Bronxville High School and Jack is an 8th grader at Bronxville Middle School. Mike grew up in Rochester, New York, and graduated from the University of Delaware before earning his MBA at Wharton. He has spent his career building, leading, and advising businesses, with a particular focus on
strategy, growth, and social impact. He is currently the CEO of 40 Million Owners, an advisory firm helping employee-owned companies grow through mergers and acquisitions. Mike also serves as an Academic Partner at Fordham University’s Gabelli School of Business and on the board of WorkLife Partnership, a nonprofit that helps employers support workers facing barriers to employment and economic stability.

Jared Hershberg

Jared and his wife, Krista, moved to Bronxville in 2005. Jared grew up in Larchmont and graduated from Duke University and Columbia Law School. Prior to law school, he spent two years as a management consultant with PwC and has spent his legal career practicing corporate law with a focus on private equity and M&A transactional work and is currently a Partner in the Corporate Practice Group with Faegre Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP. Jared currently sits on Law360’s Private Equity Editorial Board. Jared and Krista’s three children have all attended The Bronxville School since kindergarten. Jack is a BHS 2022 graduate and recently graduated from Bucknell University. Hope is a BHS 2023 graduate and will be entering her senior year at Colgate University. Quinn is a BHS 2026 graduate and is currently a first-year student at Boston College (Carroll School of Management).

Amy Howard

Amy and her husband, Jack, have called Bronxville home for the past seven years. They have two children, Will, in 7th grade, and Emerson, in 5th grade. A New Jersey native,Amy pursued a career in education after graduating from the University of Connecticut.

She launched her teaching career through Teach For America, teaching third and fourth grade at PS 154 in Harlem while earning her master’s degree in education. She later returned to New Jersey, where she taught in the public school system and specialized in gifted education for elementary and middle school students. Since relocating to Bronxville, Amy has dedicated much of her time to community service and volunteer leadership through the Bronxville PTA and St. Joseph’s Religious Education program (6 years). Her volunteer roles have included Grade Chair, Co-Chair of the Book Fair (4 years), Chair of the PTA Lecture Series Committee (6 years), and Co-Chair of the Staff Appreciation Committee (2 years). Through these efforts, Amy has remained deeply committed to supporting students, educators, and families within the Bronxville community.

Arthur Dwight Hyde

Art grew up in Bronxville and attended the Bronxville School from kindergarten through graduation in 2003. He earned his bachelor's degree from Amherst College in 2007 where he majored in Law, Jurisprudence, and Social Thought. Art and his wife, Lindsay, moved back to Bronxville from New York City in 2015. They have twins, Artie and Lila, in the 5th grade as well as Wayne who is in 3rd Grade. Art is a Partner and Portfolio Manager at Segra Capital Management where he manages the firm's nuclear power focused Hedge Fund. Prior to joining Segra in 2014, he held several roles in J.P. Morgan's Investment Banking Division. He is also a CFA© charter holder. In his spare time, Art coaches boys' lacrosse for the Bronxville Youth Lacrosse Association.

Alanna Leavell

Alanna Leavell grew up in New York City and holds a BA in English and Government from Georgetown University and an MS in Journalism from Columbia University. She built a career in media, working as a journalist at MSNBC and CBS, where she spent many years as a producer at the newsmagazine show Inside Edition. She has also worked in communications at Sacred Heart Greenwich. In the Bronxville community, Alanna has volunteered with the Bronxville School PTA, serving in multiple roles including President. She and her husband, Byrd, have called Bronxville home since 2014 and have three children in the Bronxville School.

Jim O’Mara

Jim O’Mara and his wife Corinne have lived in Bronxville since 2015. They have four children: James in 11th grade, Claire in 9th grade, Anna in 3rd grade and Teddy in kindergarten. Jim grew up in the Mid Hudson Valley, and he graduated from Hamilton College where he played football and basketball. Since graduating from Hamilton, Jim has worked for Willowridge Partners where he is a Partner focusing on private equity secondaries.

Andee Schneider (PTA Representative)

Andee and her husband, John, have lived in Bronxville since 2017. Their two children, Ellie, a 7th grader, and Sophie, a 6th grader, have each been in the Bronxville School since kindergarten after attending the Reformed Church Nursery School. Andee recently served as Middle School Chair for the Bronxville PTA and is currently the PTA President-Elect, with plans to serve as PTA President during the 2027–2028 and
2028–2029 school years.

In addition, Andee is a member of the Admissions Committee at the Bronxville Field Club, serves as a BFC B6 Tennis Team Captain, and has volunteered as Treasurer for the Bronxville PTA's Memorial Day Celebration for the past three years. She has also been the team manager for the BYLA 2033 Girls Lacrosse team since 2023. Professionally, Andee has over 20 years of experience in global financial markets. She is currently a Managing Director of business development at Qomply, a RegTech firm providing regulatory reporting for financial institutions, and was previously a Managing Director in Sales and Trading at Bank of America and UBS. Andee and her husband are proud to call Bronxville home. She is honored to join the Bronxville Foundation Board and looks forward to supporting its mission to enrich educational opportunities for Bronxville students.

Prosper Vignone

Prosper and his wife, Alexa, moved to Bronxville in 2020 and have three children enrolled in The Bronxville School: Charlie in 7th grade, Emilia in 3rd grade, and Isla in 1st grade. Prosper enjoys coaching youth sports, is active in the Bronxville PTA as the business manager for the Bronxville After School Clubs (BASC) and serves on The Bronxville School Foundation’s Technology Innovation Fund Committee.

He has spent his career focused on the technology industry, both as a corporate executive and an investor. Having previously led strategic business development and mergers & acquisitions at IBM, he is currently a Senior Advisor with Bridge Growth Partners, a private equity firm that targets investments in the technology and technology-enabled services sectors. Originally from Farmington, CT, Prosper graduated from the University of Connecticut and received his MBA from the Yale School of Management.

Nancy Marshall (Executive Director)

Nancy joined the Bronxville School Foundation as Executive Director in July. Nancy is a former BSF board member and chaired both the Nominating and Development Committees. She has experience in early childhood education, most recently at the Reformed Church Nursery School, and prior experience in middle school education, admission, and school leadership at School of the Holy Child, Rye. Nancy has been an active volunteer at the Bronxville School and is currently a Board Member of the Bronxville Historical Conservancy. Nancy graduated from the College of the Holy Cross and Fordham University School of Law. She lives in Bronxville with her husband, Steu ‘86 and their three children, Betsy ‘21, Jay ‘23, and Annie ‘26. 

Maria Costanzo (Finance Administrator)

Maria Costanzo lives in Bronxville with her husband, Peter, and their three children. She brings more than 30 years of experience in finance, accounting, and administration. She began her career at Arthur Andersen before joining Gabelli Asset Management and later Saratoga Partners, where she served as Controller and Director of Human Resources. Most recently, Maria has worked in her family office, focusing on real estate financing, investments, and development. Maria graduated from Iona University with a BBA in Public Accounting.

The other directors and officers for 2026-2027 are Emily Liggitt (Chairperson), Alex Bici (V.P. Development), Amy Krause (V.P. Grants Program), Catherine O’Connor Williams (V.P. Alumni Affairs), Will Fulton (V.P. Public Relations), Amy Atkeson (V.P Nominating), Deya Warren (V.P. Social Events), Joe Burke (V.P. Legal Advisory), Carrie Long (Secretary), Jonathan Barnes (Treasurer), Rory Blair, Satpal Brainch, Anthony Civale, Anabella Davis, Philippa Freeman, Amy Korb, David Lewis, Jack Meyercord, and Christopher Nay. The Ex Officio members of the board are Dr. Rachel Kelly (Superintendent of Schools), Peter McSherry (School Board), Andee Schneider (PTA Representative), and Nancy Marshall (Executive Director).
