Concordia Conservatory Presents UNIQUE “Noticing Notes!” Show for Neurodiverse Audiences on Saturday, November 8

By Kathleen Suss, Executive Director, Concordia Conservatory

Oct. 31, 2025:  Concordia Conservatory presents the opening show of its 2025-26 UNIQUE Series, Noticing Notes! on Saturday, November 8 at 10:00 am at The Reformed Church of Bronxville, Edwards Hall.

Hosted and created by Concordia Conservatory faculty Rami Vamos, this 40-minute interactive music experience is specially designed for neurodiverse individuals and people with disabilities of all ages.

The program features fellow Conservatory faculty members Emily Kalish (violin), Lukas Strout (viola), Annette Espada (cello), and Orchestra Lumos violinist Emanouil Manolov (who also teaches at the Conservatory).

The UNIQUE Series offers a sensory-friendly environment with engaging music, visuals, and gentle humor — creating an inclusive, joyful experience for participants, families, and caregivers alike.

The UNIQUE team will help the audience use eyes, ears, hands and noses to look, listen and notice everything around them. Together they will explore how noticing makes life more fun, and music more exciting.

Tickets $6 for kids/seniors and #12 for adults are available for purchase at concordiaconservatory.org and 914-395-4507

The UNIQUE concert series was created in partnership with Orchestra Lumos. Concordia Conservatory’s mission is to inspire, instruct, and enrich lives through music offering excellence in education and performance.

Bronxville Public Library

The Bronxville Public Library traces its origins back to 1875, when it was a small lending library housed in a room attached to the “Bronxville Model School.” The Library was officially chartered in 1906 and moved into the Village Hall Building. The needs of the library grew with the town and, in 1942, a new standalone building was erected, which is where the Library is today. Over the years, the Library was renovated and expanded to meet the needs of the community.

The Library has wonderful resources for adults and children and offers a comfortable and relaxing environment. The Library also houses a fine art collection, consisting principally of Bronxville painters and sculptors.

The Library offers special events, art exhibitions, and programs for adults, young adults and children. All events are open to the public, unless otherwise indicated.
