So, what is a Resident Parking Permit?
A Resident Parking Permit is issued to individuals who reside within the boundaries of the Village of Bronxville.
The permit allows residents to park in any of the identified Resident parking spaces within the Kraft Lot, Kensington Garage, and Parkway Road Lot (center two rows only).
The cost is only $30 per year.
Commuter Buyout Parking Permit and Resident 24/7 Dedicated Reserved Parking.
There are other interesting parking options in Bronxville including a Commuter Buyout Parking Permit and Resident 24/7 Dedicated Reserved Parking.
A Commuter Buyout Parking Permit is a pre-payment of the meter fees. This option includes parking in specific lots (Kensington Garage, Kraft Lot and Parkway Road Lot). Costs range from $1,250 to $1,500 per year plus the cost of a resident permit ($30 per year).
Resident 24/7 Dedicated Reserved Parking. There is currently a waiting list for this kind of parking.
If you own a home in the Village that does not have a garage or driveway as part of the property title or you plan on purchasing or renting such a home, you may put your name on the reserved parking waiting list.
Spaces are leased continually throughout the year as they become available. Agreements are effective from March 1 (or any part thereof) through February 28th.
These spaces are available in specific lots with costs ranging from $120 to $140 per month.

There are different ways to pay for parking in different areas of Bronxville.
