Another one we love (and this is so easy it is like cheating and requires no oven) is the ICE CREAM SANDWICH CAKE RECIPE
You need :
24 Ice Cream Sandwiches
Whipped Cream
Fudge (heated)
Your favorite Candy Bar (Crumbled) or Nuts
Take a baking pan and layer sandwiches so there are no gaps. Next layer with Generous Spoonfuls of Fudge. Now layer with Whipped Cream. Sprinkle on Some Nuts and/or Crumbled Candy Bar. Repeat. Repeat Again. Top off with Nuts and/or Crumbled Candy Bar. Freeze for 2-3 hours and it will blend together like a masterpiece! Shhhhh! No one has to knowCHECK OUT WHAT's NEW ON

IMPORTANT INFO ABOUT DAYTIME RACCOONS
This did not come in as a question but we feel its VERY important for all of us to know. WE HAD TWO PERSONAL EXPERIENCES this week with RACCOONS in the DAYTIME! We have always known that seeing a raccoon in the daytime usually means something is wrong with it. We called the Bronxville Police who gave us three names of "OFFICIAL PEOPLE TO HANDLE THESE FOUR LEGGED FRIENDS!" THE MOST IMPORTANT INFORMATION WAS AS FOLLOWS: At this time of year - the babies are getting too big and the mother will leave them during the day for "rest". She is not sick and wandering around. IF YOU FIND ONE on your property you need to call one of these trappers and you also need to know that IF THEY HAVE TO TREAT THEM - the COST IS YOURS as the homeowner!
