Chamber Chatter for the Week of August 27, 2014

Aug. 27, 2014: Last week's Bronxville Free Outdoor Summer Concert, featuring Third Stone, made it in just before the rain. New this year was a special added feature: Parkway Road was closed to vehicular traffic, and the Chamber included an antique car show there as an added perk! Thanks go out to Bob Krause of Mrs. Morgan's Flower Shop for making that happen! Park 143 Bistro served small plates, burgers, and hot dogs and was bustling; Blue Moon Mexican Café also served food and gave away free children’s sombreros; and Chantilly Patisserie topped off the feast with delectable sweets!
The concert series is possible because of our generous sponsors: James Van Metter Wealth Management, Steve Ircha, Aegis Capital; Patty Breen & Tracy Walsh of Houlihan Lawrence Real Estate; Bronxville Hearing Center; Griffin, Coogan, Sulzer & Horgan, P.C., Attorneys and Counselors at Law; EMLJ (on behalf of Green Wood Flowers, Red Pepper, Bronxville Fish Market, Blow and Beyond, Stipo's Opticians, Pure Barre, Savanna at Home, Bronxville Stationers, Arista Camera and Imaging, Topps Bakery, Studio One, Topps Wine & Liquor, Yum Yum Tree, Lange's Deli, Il Bacio, Womrath Bookshop, Underhills Crossing, Value Drugs, Palm 32, Hickey's Deli, and Kaito Sushi), Pete's Park Place Tavern; and Pondfield Trip Service.
Save the date for the final concert of the season: Thursday, September 18.
