Hosted by Heather and Stephen Lamberton at their home on 7 Valley Road, the evening promises to be a memorable one. Bagpipers, Celtic music, and Highland dancers will create an atmosphere of Scottish tradition and celebration. Guests will also have the opportunity to indulge in single malt tastings, adding an authentic touch to the event.
In addition to the entertainment and cocktails, the Mad For Plaid benefit will feature an array of golf outing auctions. Guests can bid on unique golf experiences and packages, with all proceeds supporting the Tree House and its mission.
One of the highlights of the evening will be the presentation of the first Tree House Welling Award. Named in honor of the late Tom Welling, former president of the Lawrence Community Health Services board and a dedicated supporter of the Tree House, the award recognizes individuals who have shown exceptional dedication and support to the organization.
This year's inaugural award will be presented to Janie Regan, a long-time volunteer and former board member of the Tree House, as well as a current member of the LCHS board.
