Bronxville Police Blotter: June 17 to June 21, 2015

Wednesday, June 1, 9:25 am: On Paxton Avenue a 21-year-old man from Mount Vernon was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the 3rd degree after he was stopped by Police Officer David DiBenedetto for failure to use a turn signal. The 1995 Nissan operated by the man was impounded and he was released on his own recognizance pending his next court appearance.
Friday, June 19, 11:02 am: On Kraft Avenue at Soul Cycle, police responded to assist with a male who experienced a loss of consciousness during participation in a cycling class. The male regained his consciousness and was transported to Lawrence Hospital.
Saturday, June 20, 3:30 pm: On Pine Terrace, a 57-year-old Mount Vernon man was arrested by Police Officer David DiBenedetto after he was discovered to be in possession of three small plastic baggies containing marijuana. He was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana and released on his own recognizance pending his next court appearance.
Sunday, June 21, 1:10 am: On Midland Avenue, a 51-year-old Mount Vernon man was charged with aggravated DWI and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol after he was observed by Police Officer David DiBenedetto striking the median on Midland Avenue with his 2003 Pontiac Grand Am. He registered a 0.21% blood alcohol content, which is over two times the legal limit. He was released on his own recognizance at 8:00 am pending his next court appearance.
