Bronxville Police Blotter: September 17 to September 22, 2015

Thursday, September 17, 5:43 pm: An anonymous caller reported two dogs locked in a vehicle. Officers responded and reported that the weather conditions were suitable and that the dogs had been left with proper preparations.
Thursday, September 17: The Bronxville Police Department investigated a dispute that occurred in the evening on the campus of Concordia College. The campus was locked down for a short period of time until police were able to confirm that the suspect was not armed and had left the area immediately after the dispute occurred. The student at Concordia College suffered very minor discomfort as a result of the dispute and has returned to her home to rest.
Saturday, September 19, 8:29 am: A roll of quarters was reported missing from a 2003 Volkswagen parked overnight in the Kraft Avenue lot. No signs of forced entry were found. The vehicle was unlocked.
Saturday, September 19, 6:10 pm: At Lawrence Hospital a hospital patient reported that her jewelry had been removed from the bathroom inside her room. The patient later called police to report that she found the jewelry inside her home in New Jersey.
Sunday, September 20, 2:50 am: Police officers responded to Kraft Avenue for an emotionally disturbed woman. The woman was taken to Mount Vernon Hospital via EVAC.
Sunday, September 20, 8:32 am: On Sagamore Road an officer assisted the Eastchester Fire Department with an activated alarm. The condition was caused by a faulty smoke detector.
Monday, September 21, 11:25 am: On Parkway Road a resident reported that two tortoises approximately six inches in length were missing from her backyard.
Monday, September 21, 12:07 pm: A motor vehicle accident between two cars occurred in the Cedar Street lot. No injuries were reported. An information exchange was completed.
Monday, September 21, 6:35 pm: A motor vehicle accident occurred on Park Place. No injuries were reported. An information exchange was completed.
Monday, September 21, 2:00 pm: On Pondfield Road a motor vehicle accident occurred between two cars. No injuries occurred. An information exchange was completed.
Tuesday, September 22, 3:10 pm: On Garden Avenue a motor vehicle accident occurred between two cars. No injuries occurred. An information exchange was completed.
