Wednesday, Oct. 28, 9:45 am, Kensington Road: A 58-year-old male resident of Kensington Road reported that federal income tax returns had been filed in his name. The incident is pending investigation.
Thursday, Oct. 29, 11:28 am, Kraft Avenue: While attempting to cross the street, a 39-year-old female resident carrying a three-year-old child was struck by a vehicle driven by an 88-year-old female. There were no injuries to either the mother or the child.
Thursday, Oct. 29, 7:39 pm, Kraft Avenue/Park Place: A 20-year-old man from Yonkers was issued a criminal court appearance ticket by Police Officer Jason Cooper for damage to village property after he lost control of his vehicle and damaged a street sign at the intersection of Kraft Avenue and Park Place.
Friday, Oct. 30, 7:15 am: A 21-year-old man from the Bronx was arrested by Detective Watson Morang and Detective Sergeant Richard Anderson on an arrest warrant and charged with criminal possession of stolen property in the third degree (class D felony). The arrest stems from a May 22 incident at 1:00 am when the man fled from officers in a stolen vehicle that was later recovered on Pondfield Road West. He was remanded on $10,000 bail to the Westchester County Department of Corrections.
Friday, Oct. 30, 12:16 pm, Kraft Avenue: There was a motor vehicle accident between two cars on Kraft Avenue. There were no injuries. An information exchange took place.
Saturday, Oct. 31, 10:14 am, Lake Avenue: It was reported that a 2005 Toyota on Lake Avenue was entered overnight. A GPS unit, camping equipment, and a first-aid kit were stolen. There was no damage to the vehicle.
Saturday, Oct. 31, 6:56 pm, Park Avenue: A homeowner reported that a group of youths had thrown eggs at her home on Park Avenue and then ran off. Officers were unable to locate the group.
Monday, Nov. 2, 12:20 pm, Stoneleigh Plaza: It was reported that a 2014 Ford Escape located at Stoneleigh Plaza was entered overnight. A bag of golf clubs valued at $1,000 was stolen. There were no signs of forced entry or damage to the vehicle.
