Wednesday, Jan. 6, 4:40 am: A multivehicle accident occurred on Pondfield Road. There were no injuries. The drivers exchanged information.
Wednesday, Jan. 6, 1:15 pm: A multivehicle accident occurred on Valley Road. There were no injuries. The drivers exchanged information.
Thursday, January 7, 4:16 am: A homeowner on Plateau Circle West reported seeing shadows moving outside her residence. Police interviewed the neighbor who was outside the property investigating a smoke alarm that was beeping from the garage belonging to the residence.
Friday, Jan. 8, 5:01 pm: An employee at Trapp Opticians on Pondfield Road reported that an employee from Davis Vision had entered the business and then began to yell at employees and make verbal threats. The employee from Davis Vision reportedly urged the Trapp Opticians employee to fight him over poaching clients with phone calls. Police defused the argument, which never escalated to physical confrontation.
Sunday, Jan. 10, 7:55 pm: A 56-year-old resident reported that his vehicle had been stolen from lower Milburn Street. Officers located the vehicle on Parkway Road where the resident had parked it.
Monday, Jan. 11, 8:26 am: On Edgehill Close, a 34-year-old woman from Mount Vernon was charged by Police Officer Nigel Butler with driving with a suspended registration after a license plate reader indication. She was processed on the scene and released pending her next court appearance. Her 2014 Honda Civic was impounded.
Wednesday, Jan. 13, 8:28 pm: Multiple 911 calls from NewYork-Presbyterian/Lawrence Hospital staff and patrons reported a physical altercation in progress involving several people. Police officers responded and observed a chaotic scene with verbally and physically combative subjects. Lieutenant Bunyan, the commanding officer on scene, requested additional resources to assist. A county-wide hotline was transmitted from the Bronxville Police desk and extra personnel were provided by Westchester County, Yonkers, Tuckahoe, and Eastchester police departments. Two subjects were immediately taken into custody.
