Bronxville Police Blotter: March 18 to March 22, 2016

Friday, March 18, Dusenberry Road: While performing routine patrol, Police Officer Steve Valentin observed an open door to a residence on Dusenberry Road. At the homeowner's request, officers canvassed the interior and exterior of the residence and it appeared to be an oversight.
Saturday, March 19, 12:11 pm, Midland Gardens apartments: Police officers assisted Midland Gardens management with an upset vehicle owner whose vehicle was booted for parking in a 15-minute parking spot on the private property. No crime was committed.
Sunday, March 20, 1:00 am, Midland Gardens: Officers assisted the Eastchester Volunteer Ambulance Corps with a 94-year-old female experiencing an altered mental state. The woman was taken to NYP/Lawrence Hospital for an evaluation.
Monday, March 21, 5:57 pm, Kraft Avenue: A motor vehicle accident occurred between two cars. No injuries were reported. An information exchange was completed.
Tuesday, March 22, 7:52 pm, Midland Avenue: Police Officer Lauralee Ulrich charged a 35-year-old man with aggravated driving while intoxicated after striking a parked vehicle and knocking down a light with his 2015 Subaru Forester. His blood alcohol content registered .22%. He was arraigned by Judge George Mayer and released on $3,000 cash bail pending his next court appearance.
