Tuesday, September 19, 1:50 pm, Parkway Road: Officers responded to a 911 call for a physical altercation. A domestic incident form was completed. Both individuals refused to cooperate with officers. No crime appeared to have been committed.
Tuesday, September 19, 6:19 am, Sussex Avenue: A 59-year-old man from Mount Vernon was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana after a homeowner reported that he was walking through the backyards of the residences in the area. He was released on his own recognizance pending his next court appearance.
Tuesday, September 19, 9:22 am, Pondfield Road: A 30-year-old woman from Yonkers was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the 3rd Degree after being stopped for a speeding violation and records indicated that her license was suspended. She was processed on scene and released pending her next court appearance. The 2016 Honda CRV she was operating was impounded.
Tuesday, September 19, 12:42 am, Parkway Road: A 38-year-old man from Hartsdale was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the 3rd Degree after being stopped for a seatbelt violation and records indicated that his license was suspended. He was processed on scene and released pending his next court appearance. The Chevy Tahoe he was operating was impounded.
Tuesday, September 19, 7:53 pm, Tavern 32, Palmer Avenue: Officers responded to a 911 call for a disruptive customer. Officers interviewed the female customer, who left the area on her own accord.
Tuesday, September 19, 6:00 am, Sagamore Road: Bronxville Police provided assistance to investigators from the Westchester district attorney’s office as they executed a search warrant.
Wednesday, September 20, 4:16 pm, Midland Avenue: Bronxville Police investigated a complaint of a male talking to children as they walked home from school. The male was identified by capturing a clear picture of his face using village surveillance cameras and submitting that picture to the Westchester Intelligence Center for facial recognition. The male was interviewed by detectives. No crime was committed.
Wednesday, September 20, 4:54 pm, Midland Avenue: A 29-year-old man from Manhattan was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the 3rd Degree and Suspended Registration after being stopped for a license plate reader alarm indicating his registration was suspended. He was processed on scene and released pending his next court appearance. The 2017 Dodge Durango he was operating was impounded.
Wednesday, September 20, 7:55 pm, Lawrence Hospital: Officers responded to a hospital employee’s request for assistance with an unruly patient. Officers were able to ease the woman’s concerns and she remained at the hospital to receive treatment.
Wednesday, September 20, 9:22 pm, Midland Avenue at Palumbo Place: There was a motor vehicle accident involving two vehicles. One passenger complained of neck pain but refused medical attention at the scene. Officers completed an accident report
Thursday, September 21, 12:35 pm, Kraft Avenue: A business owner reported receiving death threats over the phone. The incident is being investigated.
Saturday, September 23, 11:07 am, Field Court: A resident reported that a fraudulent purchase in the amount of $1,500 had been made at Saks Department Store using his personal information. The incident is being investigated.
Sunday, September 24, 2017, 7:51 am, White Plains Road: A single motor vehicle struck a pole causing a disruption in Con Edison and Verizon services. The driver and a passenger, who were conscious and alert, were transported to NYP Lawrence Hospital via EVAC for further evaluation. The cause of the accident is unclear.
