Sergio Papetti Retires; Employed Over 30 Years by the Bronxville Public Works Department

Jan. 31, 2018: On Monday, January 29, 2018, Sergio Papetti retired from the Bronxville Public Works Department.
Sergio served the village for over 30 years, and many residents know him by name and appreciate all he has done in service to the community
Mayor Mary Marvin had this to say about Sergio: “He is one of the finest co-workers one could have--dedicated, caring, and so proud of his job. He is one of the reasons why our village is such a special place to live."
Village Administrator James Palmer had this to say: "I recently had the privilege of working side by side with Sergio while on one of the sanitation collection routes and can state unequivocally that he performed his job at the DPW with the utmost professionalism and pride. He served the village for over three decades and is a valued member of the village team and will be missed! We wish him well in his retirement."
