Bronxville Adult School Spring Registration is Open.  They offer a wide assortment of courses, including a lot of new classes as well as many returning favorites.Arts, business, technology, food and drink, dance, fitness, sports, and more. So much to choose from! Click here to register.

Now until April 17, 2024: Please donate new/gently used formal prom dresses, tuxedos, shoes, and accessories to help Mount Vernon High School Seniors fulfill their dreams of attending prom. Bronxville drop-off bin is at the Bronxville Police Department at Village Hall.

April 18 - 22, 2024: Westchester Parks Foundation to Host "Pitch in For Parks :" Pitch in for Parks is the largest multi-day volunteer event that helps get parks ready for peak season. Park stewards will help with trash clean up, clearing trails and shorelines, restoring wildlife habitats, removing invasive vines from trees, painting, raking, and preparing and planting flower beds. Participating local businesses include returning Gold Sponsor, Triton International. Pre-registration is required to participate. All tools will be provided, and volunteers should wear clothes that can get dirty and closed toe shoes. April 19, 2024: 7 pm-10 pm: The Friends of the Bronxville Public Library host their annual spring benefit. “The 60s: Toasting an Era of Expression.”  The Bronxville Public Library, 201 Pondfield Rd, Bronxville. April 20, 10 a.m., 1 p.m: Help remove invasive vines and plants from Scout Field, led by the Bronxville Green Committee partnering with Westchester Parks Foundation. Meet in the Scout Field parking lot off Midland Avenue; all tools will be provided.  Dress appropriately.  You must register in advance. 

April 22, 9:30 or 10:15: The Bronxville Green Committee and Bronxville Sprouts are hosting a free storytime and planting event for Bronxville toddlers at the Bronxville Giving Garden on the corner of Gramatan Avenue and Pondfield Road. Register HERE for the 9:30 or 10:15 a.m. session. 
 
April 24, 2024. 6pm - 8:30pm: Bronxville Women's Club 99th Anniversary Celebration. 135 Midland Avenue in Bronxville. You are invited to join in the celebration of the Bronxville Women's Club's 99th Anniversary! April 28, 2024, 2:30pm: St. Joseph Bach Festival. Spend an afternoon of joyful music offerings for the Easter season. St. Joseph Church, 15 Cedar Street in Bronxville.  Free and open to the public.

May 3, 2024: The Counseling Center’s Spring Gala honoring social justice advocate Mary Mackintosh, Siwanoy Country Club, 6 p.m. for cocktails and a sit-down dinner followed by a live auction.  The Gala will raise funds to support The Counseling Center’s fee-subsidy program for clients who could not otherwise afford its mental health care services.  Learn more HERE. May 4, 2024, 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM: The Reformed Church of Bronxville Clothing & Tag Sale: The sale consists of a wide selection of gentle used and new clothing for all ages, including an expanded Designer Boutique and an assortment of fashion accessories & costume jewelry. There is also a variety of Home items- linens, decor, housewares and knick-knacks, as well as plenty of toys & games and sports equipment. May 10, 2024. 7:00PM - 9:00PM: Bronxville Rotary Club of New York 2024 Annual Benefit at the Siwanoy Country Club in Bronxville. The primary beneficiary is 914United, a nonprofit team of change agents advocating for at-risk youth and formerly incarcerated individuals residing within the lower Hudson Valley. Purchase ticket here.

Notice: Westchester County Parks is hiring Lifeguards for Summer 2024. "Applicants should possess a current American Red Cross Lifeguarding/First Aid and CPR/AED for Lifeguards certifications or equivalent and pass the Westchester County practical skills test. County parks offers training for new guards, which includes waterfront training for the option to guard at either a pool or beach." Those applying must be able to work at varied locations including Saxon Woods Pool in White Plains, Sprain Ridge Pool and The Brook at Tibbetts in Yonkers, Willson’s Waves Pool in Mount Vernon, as well as Croton Point Park Beach in Croton-on-Hudson and Glen Island Beach in New Rochelle if waterfront certified.
