Bronxville Residents Can Vote for Bronxville Non-Partisan Committee Representatives Now Through June 13

June 7, 2023: Elections began on June 6 for nine representatives to join the Bronxville Non-Partisan Committee (NPC). 

Voting continues through Tuesday, June 13th at 5pm.

All residents of Bronxville over age 18 are eligible and encouraged to vote.

Voting

One representative from each of Bronxville’s seven voting districts will be elected to serve a three-year term.

This year:

-District 17 will elect an additional representative to serve a partial two-year term of a member who moved.

-District 22 will elect an additional representative to serve a one-year term of a member who previously resigned. 

In those Districts, the candidate that receives the most votes will serve a three-year term and the candidate that receives the second highest number of votes will serve a one-year term.

The candidates (in alphabetical order) seeking membership on the NPC are:

District 16: Katie Delaney, Paul Heathwood, Gemma Sands

District 17: (2 Seats) Michelle Antonini, Matt Christ, Carolyn Mattson and Michael Utell

District 18: Susan Frehse, Katelin O'Rourke Gorman

District 19: Tshering Amdo, Amy Brown 

District 20: Jose Manuel Rodriguez

District 21: Hugh Allan 

District 22: (2 Seats) Jamie Abruzzo, Don Bringle, Alexandra Karpathios, Sid Sandilya

About the NPC

The NPC is made up of twenty-one members, three elected from each of Bronxville’s seven voting districts. The NPC’s role is to recruit, vet, and endorse candidates to run for the Bronxville School Board of Trustees. The committee meets regularly throughout the year for this purpose.
