Pet of the Week: Adorable Mindy Rescued from North Carolina

Nov. 3, 2021: Mindy is a two year old female beagle whose favorite thing in the world is to cuddle.

She was recently rescued from a high kill shelter in North Carolina. She and her brother were found by a shelter volunteer wandering down the street together late one night.

Mindy is a smart girl with a great personality. She loves rope toys and especially playing tug-of-war with them. But more than anything, Mindy is up for a snuggle any time of day or night. She is full of affection and only wants to show you how sweet and gentle she is with her soft snuggles.

Mindy has an adorable habit of gathering blankets and making a soft bed for herself. Once she has created her "happy place," she will encourage anyone she can find to join her in a cuddlefest.

This lovely pup is housebroken and gets along wonderfully with children, cats, and other dogs. All she really wants is a safe place to call home where she can spend the rest of her life showing someone how much she adores them.
