Yes, it's true--Lange’s Deli is in new hands. Jens is stepping down to spend more time with his family, but he's been careful in choosing a successor who will preserve what customers love about Bronxville's beloved deli. Jens is staying on for a while to ensure a smooth transition.

I met the new owner--Tom Bass. He's a nice guy and expressed commitment to not only overseeing deli operations but to bolstering the community in a supportive way.
