St. Joseph School Alumni to Hold Reunion for All Classes June 20

By Dennis Kammerer, Committee Member, All Class Reunion, St. Joseph School
May 6, 2015: The St. Joseph School graduating class of 1965, in honor of its 50th anniversary, is hosting a reunion for all classes on Saturday, June 20, beginning at 6:30 pm at Fogarty's.
"We began planning for our 50th class reunion over lunch at Pete's Tavern about two years ago," said Dennis Kammerer, committee member. "As we started to reach out to find our classmates, alumni from other classes became interested in the reunion idea, so we decided that the class of '65 would host an ALL-class reunion. It made so much sense as the different classes were connected through family members. Siblings, cousins, parents, children, even grandchildren, all attended St. Joseph. We thought it would be great to bring them all together."
As of now, approximately 80 alumni and family members are planning to attend, with representation as far back as the class of 1960. Twenty-three members from the class of '65 plan to attend. A collection of photos and memorabilia items will be available to share and everyone will receive a memento from the evening.
If you remember marching into school with John Philip Sousa, clapping erasers, and cartridge pens, Fogarty's is where you want to be on Saturday, June 20, at 6:30 pm.
The cost for the evening, which includes robust appetizers, beer, wine, and soft drinks, is $75 per person. (A cash bar will also be available.) Checks should be made payable to "SJS ALL Class Reunion" and mailed to Dennis Kammerer, 18 Elmsford Road, Carmel, NY 10512.
